Cancellations

If cancelled 30 days or more before your stay, you will receive a refund in full, minus an administrative fee of 6.5%.

No refund or credits will be issued to attendees who cancel within 30 days of the retreat start, or for attendees who choose to leave early.

Unused Services – No Refunds. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of well-laid plans. However, because each booking is relied upon by us and our Service Providers, we cannot offer any discounts or refunds for missed or unused Events (e.g. early departures, late arrivals, or missed days of the Event’s itinerary for any reason). Note that if a disruption caused by Covid-19 prevents you from being able to attend the retreat, we will offer the maximum flexibility to enable you enroll you in a retreat at a later date, although our cancellation policy will still apply.

Diversum Retreats reserves the right to change or cancel a retreat if insufficient bookings have been received. In the event of an alteration or cancelation, every effort will be made to avoid inconvenience by offering an alternative solution and full refund (except the mandatory deposit)

Diversum Retreats reserves the right to cancel or terminate an attendee for any form of misconduct to the community or for behavior that disrupts the stay of other attendees.
